Abstract

The book edited by Mario Antinucci is the result of an important scientific event of international cooperation between the University of Rome and St. Petersburg. On 30th of June 2014 the italian Consul General dr. Luigi Estero attended the opening session of the Round Table between Italy and Russia on “Internationalization of the business and financial crime prevention” that is held on 30th of June and 1th of July 2014 at the auditorium of the State University of Economics in St. Petersburg. The meeting which is meant to promote cooperation between universities, scientific centers and international organizations on issues of business and financial crime prevention and was organized by the University of St. Petersburg State University of Economics with the Sapienza University of Rome and Luiss University of Rome. Took part in the round table a delegation of the University LUISS of Rome made by the Rector prof. Massimo Egidi, the Vice Rector Prof. Paola Severino, by prof. Giorgio Di Giorgio, Director of the Department of Economics and Finance, by prof. Antonio Nuzzo, Director of the Department of Law and prof. Gennaro Olivieri, Director of the Department of Business and Management and the lawyer Pierluigi Piselli Foundig partner of Piselli and partners law firma internaltional. For the Sapienza University of Rome took part in the work the prof. Giorgio Spangher, Dean of the Faculty of Law, prof. Cesare Imbriani, Director of the Department of Law, Philosophical and Economics, and the criminal lawyer Mario Antinucci, prof. of Criminal Procedure Criminal procedure at School of Specialization for Legal Professions and general coordinator of the round table for the Rome University.
