Advocatus, advocati: note sulla difesa al plurale

In base all’art. 96, co. 1, c.p.p., l’imputato ha diritto a scegliere una difesa tecnica plurale. L’articolo mira ad aprire un interrogativo su contenuto ed effettività della norma, anche a fronte di una antitetica prassi che, in tema di notificazioni, sembra ridurre il secondo difensore a mera specificazione del primo.

Pursuant to art. 96, co. 1, c.p.c., the accused has the right to opt for a plural legal defense. The article aims to question the meaning and effectiveness of the provision, in light of an antithetical routine procedure that, by means of notifications, tends to reduce the second lawyer to only a mere specification of the first.
