Il contributo ripercorre, in occasione dell’anniversario dell’entrata in vigore del codice di rito penale, le vicende storiche che lo hanno attraversato, le modificazioni normative e, nello specifico, la riforma sul c.d. “giusto processo”. Un bilancio si mostra necessario alla luce delle recenti pronunce giurisprudenzi-ali che si pongono in prospettiva opposta rispetto agli obiettivi del legislatore.
